qualification surface and does not amend customer paper. Only a Coverage excerpt expressly listed and
hash-frozen in an executed agreement can become contractual. Order Form toggles and elections, or a permitted
later written activation, control which Services are active; the activation record documents current operating
state. A change to this page does not activate or expand customer service.

No monitoring function is active unless elected on the Order Form or later activated in a writing permitted by the Standard Terms; the activation record documents its operating state.

One portfolio, jurisdiction-specific controls
The portal can present positions in one portfolio while preserving the rules that apply to each position.
JurisDeed documents the approved source, review cadence, owner, and exception path for every activated monitoring
function. Manual, hybrid, and automated execution remain distinct and are represented as actually approved.
New jurisdictions require an explicit update. JurisDeed must first approve and publish updated eligibility.
Customer-specific service begins only after the applicable function is active under the
Order Form or a permitted later written activation and its operational state is documented in the activation
record. Expansion is never inferred from portal access or a public planning list.
Certificates outside covered jurisdictions. If a subscriber’s portfolio includes certificates in a
jurisdiction not then covered, JurisDeed will identify them at intake and will not report them as monitored.
They are never silently carried as if they were.

JurisDeed is not a law firm; it provides no legal advice or legal representation, no title insurance, and no
title examination, and is not an investment adviser or fiduciary. Legal enforcement services, where elected,
are engaged directly with Tax Deed Law Group, LLC under that firm’s separate engagement letter and fees.
Eligibility on this page means JurisDeed may scope Assisted Beta functions for that jurisdiction. It does
not mean that every function or asset is monitored. The Order Form and the
LienGuard Standard Terms control contractual scope; the activation record
documents current operational state. A stale, failed, or unavailable source is reported as an exception, not
as an all-clear result.
